Pop-Up at Patty's | November 8 Vendor Registration

Join us for our first Pop-Up at Patty's! We're bringing local makers and small businesses together for a casual Sunday market at Patty's Down The Road in Royal, Arkansas.

Vendor Space: Approximately 10' × 10'
Registration: $20 per vendor

What's Included

Your $20 registration fee goes directly toward paid advertising to promote the pop-up and bring shoppers to Patty's. We're also welcoming our regular Sunday restaurant crowd, so vendors will have the opportunity to connect with both familiar faces and new customers.

Who Can Participate?

We're welcoming local makers, artists, crafters, small businesses, and other vendors with products or services that are a good fit for the event.

Please note: We are not accepting food trucks, mobile kitchens, or vendors selling prepared meals for immediate consumption, as Patty's restaurant will be open and serving its regular menu. Packaged foods, baked goods, and specialty food products may be considered.

To keep a good variety of vendors and accommodate our available space, all registrations are subject to approval by Patty's.

What to Bring

Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, and other setup materials. This is an outdoor event, so please plan accordingly.

Flexible Hours & Setup

We know everyone's schedule is different, so you're welcome to participate for as much or as little of the 7 AM–2 PM window as you'd like!

We'll follow up with vendors to collect estimated arrival and departure times, booth setup details, and any special space requirements. This will help us coordinate booth placement and make sure everyone can get in and out safely.

Bringing a trailer or oversized display? Please contact us before registering so we can confirm that we have enough space to accommodate your setup.

A Few Things to Know

• Booth locations will be assigned based on space, setup requirements, and planned arrival and departure times.
• Please keep displays and merchandise within your assigned space.
• Vendor setups must not block the restaurant entrance, customer parking access, or vehicle routes.
• Vendors are responsible for any permits or licenses required for their products or services.
• Additional setup instructions will be shared before November 8.

Registration & Confirmation

Complete checkout to submit your vendor registration. Patty's will review registrations to ensure a good mix of vendors and confirm that we can accommodate each setup.

Payment does not automatically guarantee participation. We'll follow up by email to confirm your spot and request additional information, including your business name, products, booth requirements, preferred hours, and website or social media handles for event promotion.

If we're unable to accommodate your business or vendor category, your registration fee will be refunded in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once your participation has been confirmed, registration fees are nonrefundable if you cancel or are unable to attend. If Patty's cancels the event due to weather or other circumstances, registration fees will be refunded in full.
